I think its about time I wrote a decent journal, Introduced myself and explained my work a little.
I'm 17 years old and have been photographing seriously for about two and a half years.
My first camera was a polaroid camera that I got as a present for my 8th birthday.
The camera I have been using most recently is the cannon EOS 400D.
I have worked both in studio's and on location and as I am still a student I am constantly working on new ideas and projects.
So hopefully my work is improving
at the moment until November 26th I'm working on a project named ASYLUM, this project is predominately a portraiture based project, It is not focused on making the model look beautiful or aesthetic, It's based on an exaggeration of issues and situations that may be faced by someone suffering a mental illness.
My work is inspired by Francessca Woodman and David La Chapelle.
I am also constantly interested in shooting high fashion and alternative style fashion shoots. As my main aim for this year is to be accepted into the London College of Fashion to study fashion photography.
I reside in Birmingham but travel up and down the country far far too much. Anyone wishing to collaborate or support me don't hesitate to message me.
